Doc Update

Let me start with Caitlin has gained 4 oz since Monday!!!! We talked to Dr. Tammi about her weight some more today and she said we can increase her cereal feedings to 3 times a day since she is eating it so well. We think she has break through acid reflux so Dr. Tammi said we need to increase her prevacid to twice a day to see if that will help with her sometimes archy back at afternoon feedings. It seems to happen more in the late afternoon/evening time. We will see if she has gained anymore weight at her 4 month check up next Friday the 29th. She also reassured us that each baby is different, some babies eat like a pig and are still really skinny and other ones don't eat much and plump up like a butterball turkey :) She is still not concerned with her weight, she is right on the money -- she is perfectly along the line of her height and weight.

I am guessing the test results did not come in today, since I never heard back from them. She said lab results usually come in around 1pm each day -- so if we didn't hear from them today, it would be for sure tomorrow.

Now onto Hailey... her ears are perfect (THANK GOD!!). Has a little bit of a runny nose but it is clear so Dr. Tammi said it seems to be viral, she did a flu test today to just make sure (since it's still in the first 24 hours) and it was negative. She is leaning towards Caitlin being more viral since all of Hailey's symptoms are looking that way.
